Andreia Costa Vieira is an Of Counsel at the TQSR Escritórios Associados. She holds a PhD in International Law (USP) having finished her PhD research at the University of Cambridge (UK). She has an LLM in International Commercial Law (University of Nottingham, UK) and was a Visiting Scholar at Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (University of Cambridge). From 2014-2021, she was, under contract, an official Representative of the University of Cambridge Alumni in Brazil.
She is a former Associate Professor of Law at PhD, Masters and undergraduate Programs at different Brazilian Universities, and lecturer of the MBA in International Business of the University of Steinbeis. She developed research together with the Lab for Entrepreneurship and Development of the University of Harvard and she served as Consultant of the European Parliament for the implementation of the European Union-Mercorsur Agreement (Parlatrade Group).
Andreia is the author of books, book chapters and scientific papers published in Brazil and abroad, including “Sustainable Development Footprint on FDIs as Entrepreneurship for Social Changes in Brazil” (University of Harvard Lab on Entrepreneurship, 2021), “The WTO and the Paris Agreement: A Dialogue on Climate Change Mitigation” (Beijing Law Review, 2020) and “Refugiados” (2023).
