Roberto Teixeira is Founder of the TQSR Escritórios Associados. He is a Lawyer registered at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP) and he is Specialized in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law (PUC-SP). As a lawyer, he played an important role in some of the most renowned legal cases related to the business sector in Brazil.

It is worthwhile mentioning that he played an important role in leading cases and rulings that paved the way to precedents on protection of minority shareholders in corporate disputes as well as on leading cases that strengthened legal security of Court-ordered reorganization procedures in Brazil.

He has currently acted on over 400 hundred legal disputes before the Brazilian High Courts (STJ and STF).

He is a Member of the São Paulo Institute of Lawyers (IASP) and is a former President of the São Bernardo do Campo Bar Association (OAB), and former President of the Examining Committee of the OAB-SP. He is also a former Professor of Law at PUC-SP.
