The main law firm was founded 50 years ago by Roberto Teixeira, an exponent in legal solutions in Brazil, specialized in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law (PUC-SP). Later in the firm´s trajectory, two other main exponents of the Brazilian Bar Association joined the law firm – Silvio Rocha (PhD in Civil and Administrative Law, Professor of Law at PUC-SP, having large experience in Economic Criminal Law) and Larissa Quattrini (PhD in Commercial Law – PUC-SP, LLM from Berkely Law School).
The TQSR Escritórios Associados has had large experience and has developed in-depth expertise on corporate and competition disputes, mainly in legal cases involving Government and public regulatory agencies, as well as on economic criminal disputes. It has also large experience on compliance and integrity procedures, by helping its clients on the way to disputes prevention.
