Larissa Teixeira Quattrini is a Partner at TQSR Escritórios Associados. She holds a PhD in Commercial Law (PUC-SP), a Masters in Civil Law (PUC-SP) and an LLM in Law (Berkeley Law School).

She is a Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP), the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB) and the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (AASP), besides being a Member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Larissa is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at Faculdade Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP-SP) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Law-SP), from 2007-2013. She is the author of the book “Os deveres dos administradores de sociedades anônimas abertas,” published by Editora Saraiva.
