Oswaldo Duek is an Of Counsel and Legal Revisor at TQSR Escritórios Associados. He bears the reputation of being one of the largest-recognized Brazilian Criminal Lawyers. He holds a PhD and MSc in Criminal Law and Clinical Psychology PUC-SP) and he is an Associate Professor of Law at PUC-SP.

He is an honorary Member of the Latin-American Academy of Criminal Law, Director of the Department of Health Law at the São Paulo School of Medical Sciences (EPCM), Head of the Criminology and Victimology Research Group at PUC-SP Law School and Coordinator of the Criminal Law Center of Program on Post-graduate Strictu Sensu Studies in Law.

He is a former State Attorney for Prosecution Services in São Paulo, up to 2011.
