Paulo Henrique is an Of Counsel at TQSR Escritórios Associados. He holds a Masters in Criminal Law (PUC-SP) and is a PhD candidate at PUC-SP. He is Lecturer of Criminal Procedural Law and Special Legislation (Damasio Educacional).

He is a former Court Judge in Law (from 2005-2014) and is the author of the book “Lei Anticrime Comentada” (Ed Saraiva).
