Silvio Rocha is a Partner at TQSR Escritórios Associados. He holds a PhD and a M.Sc. in Civil Law (PUC-SP) and he is a Tenured Professor (livre docente) in Administrative Law (PUC-SP), having large experience on Economic Criminal Law.

For over twenty years, Silvio worked as a Federal Judge in Law at the State of São Paulo, having retired in 2021 at the 10^th São Paulo Criminal Court (a Court specialized in crimes related to the financial system ad money laundering). Former Member of the National Council of Justice (CNJ, from 2011-2013), he was indicated by the Brazilian High Court of Justice (STJ).

Currently, he is Assistant Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Associate Professor of the Department of Public Law at the PUC-SP Law School.

In 2015, Silvio was nominated Associate Member of the Foro Iberoamericano de Derecho Administrativo (FIDA), founded in Bolivia (2002), which is a Center-Union of the Ibero-American Lawyers specialized in Administrative Law. In 2020, he became a Member of the International Institute of Administrative Law.
